Refund Policy
At Scalaira, we are committed to delivering high-quality performance marketing services with transparency and accountability. Because our services are strategic, digital, and execution-based in nature, our refund terms differ from those of physical products.
Nature of Services
Scalaira provides digital marketing services, including paid advertising management, conversion rate optimization, funnel strategy, consulting, and campaign setup. Work typically begins immediately after onboarding, which includes research, strategy development, account setup, and execution planning.
Due to the time, expertise, and resources allocated at the start of each engagement, certain fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a client chooses to cancel before any strategic or execution work has started, a refund may be issued. Administrative costs, onboarding expenses, and payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
After Services Have Started
Once campaign planning, account setup, creative development, research, or execution has begun, service fees become non-refundable. This includes setup fees and any portion of retainers already applied to completed work.
Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, or other third-party providers are strictly non-refundable, as those funds are managed outside of Scalaira’s control.
Performance Expectations
Scalaira applies proven strategies and data-driven methods to maximize results. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, ROAS, lead volume, or conversion rates. Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors, including market conditions, competition, pricing, website performance, and audience behavior.
Refunds are not issued solely due to unmet performance expectations unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Retainer Services
Clients on recurring monthly retainers may cancel with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue through the active billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for that cycle.
Project-Based Services
For one-time projects such as funnel builds, audits, or landing page development, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. After final deliverables are provided, payments are non-refundable.
Exceptional Situations
In rare circumstances where there is a documented failure to deliver agreed services, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All such requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Scalaira directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension or termination.
